Shard Jewelry made from pieces of Irish dishes

SHARDS FROM IRELAND

On every visit to the Emerald Isle, a portion of my trip is dedicated to searching for shards of porcelain and pottery to turn in to jewelry.

You would be surprised to learn how many wonderful shards I’m able to recover in some of the must unexpected places... riverbeds, old barns, the basement of an old antique store... even my cousin’s kitchen sink (I promise, I didn’t intentionally break her dishes).

I try to keep my online store stocked with several Irish and Celtic pieces. I’ve even created a special category in the store, so they are easy to find. You can browse my online Irish Collection here.

If you see a piece you’d like to purchase, use the coupon code “IRISHTEA2” and get $10 off your online order (one coupon per customer/cannot be combined with other promotions/Expires Aug 31, 2010).

You are also invited to follow my Irish Podcast and blog at www.IrishFireside.com and take a virtual visit to my Cottage in County Tipperary, Ireland.
